lj99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the lj99 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and lj99 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the lj99 platform. Continued use of lj99 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as outlined in Section 13 of this document.

Access to and use of the lj99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or lj99.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of lj99 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

lj99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any winnings obtained by an underage player will be deemed void and forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) lj99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including bonus exploitation, circumvention of account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your lj99 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify lj99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.

lj99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your lj99 account.

All transactions on lj99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lj99 does not apply currency conversion fees for Philippine Peso transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• lj99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• GCash withdrawals typically process within one to two hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• lj99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. During such reviews, processing times may be extended.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5 and must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated against those funds.

lj99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all lj99 bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered lj99 players who are aged 21 or above and are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• lj99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus stacking without authorization, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus offers may be subject to game contribution weightings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution details.

All games offered on the lj99 platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all lj99 games:

• All games on lj99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing from accredited studios. Game outcomes are not manipulated.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game session, lj99's system log shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes. lj99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with the recorded game state.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• lj99 reserves the right to void bets that were placed due to a manifest error in pricing, game configuration, or displayed odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lj99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with lj99 games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to lj99 support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any lj99 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lj99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

lj99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial distress or personal harm. lj99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to monitor time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the lj99 platform may request self-exclusion through the lj99 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Regular in-session pop-up notifications remind players of their session duration and net wagering position.

lj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balances that are not subject to pending investigations, bonus conditions, or forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

All content on the lj99 platform — including but not limited to the lj99 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, sound effects, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of lj99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lj99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any lj99 content.
• Use lj99 branding or trademarks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the lj99 platform on any third-party website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lj99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the lj99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical errors, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners.

lj99's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lj99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lj99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

lj99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and lj99's Privacy Policy. By using the lj99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lj99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies as required for the lawful operation of the lj99 platform and in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.

lj99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lj99 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the lj99 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using lj99 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine law, or submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

lj99 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may also submit complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels where lj99 has been unable to resolve the matter to the player's reasonable satisfaction.
